TCS 008: 09 DAYS KENYA CULTURE AND WILDLIFE SAFARI
DAY 1: NAIROBI
On arrival into Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by our airport representative after the immigration formalities, you will be transferred to hotel. Dinner will be on own arrangement.

DAY 2: NAIROBI-ABERDARE NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, drive North via Thika where you will see large plantations of Pineapples. Nyeri is a small but very fast growing town in the heart of the coffee growing and dairy farming area in the so-called former white highlands of Kenya.
Arrive in good time for a sumptuous lunch will be served at the Outspan hotel, the base hotel and thereafter, you will be transferred to Treetops, where the evening is spent watching succession of animals that emerge from the forest and descend on floodlit water hole and salt lick. If lucky you may see the rare bongo and the giant forest hog as well. Elephants may engage in show of strength with each other.

DAY 03: ABERDARE NATIONAL PARK-SAMBURU GAME RESERVE
Breakfast at the Treetops before being transferred to your base hotel where you will retrieved your excess luggage and depart for Samburu Game Reserve.
Arrive at your lodge/camp in time for check in and lunch. You will have some rest before you embark on the afternoon game drive in the famous Samburu game reserve, which is known for its “special 5”.
If lucky you will be able to see the special 5 comprising of; Reticulated Giraffe, gravy’s zebra, gerenuk, Somali ostrich, Baisa Oryx. After the breath taking scenery of the reserve, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

DAY 04: SAMBURU GAME RESERVE
Wake up call at 0600 Hrs, tea / coffee and cookies at the lobby. Set off for the early morning game drive in the reserve. Return to the lodge for breakfast at the lodge and thereafter, you will have the rest of the morning at leisure. Lunch will be served at the lodge, and in the evening, set off for the evening game drive.

DAY 05: SAMBURU GAME RESERVE-LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, drive via Nyahururu (Thomson’s falls). The falls are named after the Scots explorer Joseph Thompson who was the first European to discover the falls in 1884. Then descend into the Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru National Park, where you will arrive in your lodge/camp in time for lunch. In the afternoon, drive in the park to enjoy the sight of the Pelicans bathing in the fresh water streams which terminate in the Lake Nakuru.
Since there is no existing drainage, the lake is alkaline, thus the perfect place for the growth of the blue–algae which is food for the flamingos. The park has a great variety of bird life which includes the Egyptian goose and a variety of ducks that come from the Europe to escape winter. This park is truly a bird watcher’s paradise. The game animals here include hippo, waterbuck, gazelles, buffalo, leopard, Rothschild Giraffe e.t.c. The Park is also a white rhino sanctuary. The park also has an abundance of acacia trees, both yellow barked (fever tree) the umbrella topped acacia and the candelabra cactus. After the game drive, you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

DAY 06:LAKE NAKURU-LAKE NAIVASHA
Breakfast at the lodge. After breakfast check out and depart with an enroute game drive in Lake Nakuru National park later depart for Lake Naivasha region, arriving in time for check-in and lunch at your Lodge
Afternoon at leisure with optional boat ride at an extra cost
Dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha Country Club (FB) or Similar

DAY 07:LAKE NAIVASHA-MAASAI MARA GAME RESERVE
This morning, drive across the plains to arrive at the Masai Mara National Reserve in time for lunch. Afternoon proceed for unlimited game drive in the reserve for thunderous adventure, return to the lodge for dinner.

DAY 08: MAASAI MARA GAME RESERVE
Set off for an early morning game viewing drive and exploring in this Kenya’s finest reserve. Return to the lodge for rest and leisure in the early morning and afternoon. Lunch in the lodge then later in the evening proceed for the evening game drive. Return to the lodge for dinner.
Masai Mara is an extension of the Serengeti ecosystem to the south. Game abounds here, particularly when the migration is on and millions of wildebeests and zebras make their way back and forth cross the Mara River on their annual trek.
The Mara is also noted for its abundance of lions particularly the superb black maned males. You’ll see lots of elephants here often in large herds, as well as – if you’re lucky the elusive leopard, cheetah and rhino.

DAY 09: MAASAI MARA-NAIROBI-DEPART
After breakfast, drive back to arrive Nairobi by late afternoon(lunch on this day will be on own arrangement). You’ll be transferred to the airport for your out-bound flight back home.
